Guinness is a popular Irish dry stout that originated in the brewery of Arthur Guinness (1725–1803) at St. James’s Gate, Dublin. Guinness Draught is tapped with a mix of 30 % carbon dioxide and 70 % nitrogen, giving it it’s special taste and also making the foam creamier as well as more lasting.
